The March 6 death of Leonel Silva-Perez, 25, has been ruled a homicide by the Denver Medical Examiner. Silva-Perez was found in the vicinity of Zuni Street and Speer Boulevard suffering multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken by ambulance to Denver Health Medical Center, officials said.
