A Good Samaritan rescued a starving puppy at Colfax and Teller on March 16 - and delivered him to the Denver Animal Shelter, where is is receiving proper veterinary attention as well as tender love and care. Denver Crime Stoppers is seeking information on this shocking case. The pooch is described as a boxer mix and about 11 months old.
