Gregory Snell was sentenced to 44 years in prison for second-degree murder and 12 years for aggravated robbery, the Denver DA said. The sentences, delivered Tuesday, will run concurrently. On Dec. 23, 2022, Snell fatally shot Benjamin Williams, 40, at an East Colfax Avenue hotel, the DA said.
