Tatoo-faced Joel Matos-Nieto, 23, a Venezuelan national and reputed member of the notorious Tren de Aragua gang, was slapped with a final order of removal on April 23, ICE Denver said. Matos has a criminal record, including convictions for auto theft, obstructing a police officer and criminal mischief, ICE said.
